Swelis AI Transcribe (“Swelis”, “we”, “us”) helps you turn audio and video into transcripts. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Audio/video you choose to upload: used only to produce a transcript.
Device identifiers used for your account: a generated app user id to keep your entitlements and usage consistent.
Usage data: how much transcription time has been used (to enforce plan limits).

Third parties

To provide transcription and subscriptions, data may be processed by third parties (for example, speech-to-text providers, Apple, and RevenueCat). We only share data necessary to provide the service.

To enforce plan limits and manage subscriptions
To improve reliability and troubleshoot support issues

Data retention

Your recent transcripts are stored on-device. For server-side processing, audio may be temporarily handled to generate a transcript. Usage counters may be stored to enforce plan limits.

Subscriptions

Purchases and entitlements are managed via the App Store and RevenueCat. We use a generated app user id to associate entitlements and restore purchases.
