By using Swelis AI Transcribe (“Swelis”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Service
Swelis provides tools to record, upload, and transcribe audio/video into text. Features may change over time.
Third-party processing
To provide transcription and subscriptions, your data may be processed by third parties (for example, speech-to-text providers, Apple, and RevenueCat). By using the app, you consent to this processing as necessary to deliver the service.
Your content
You are responsible for the content you record or upload. You confirm you have the right to upload it and to generate transcripts from it.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed through the App Store and auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.

Transcriptions may contain errors. Swelis is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
