Why are my purchases not showing / Restore Purchases does nothing?
Make sure you’re signed into the correct Apple ID. Then tap Restore Purchases on the paywall. If you still don’t see Pro, open Apple’s subscription management from inside the paywall by selecting your current plan and tapping Cancel subscription.
Where do I cancel my subscription?
Apple handles cancellations. Open the paywall, select your current plan, and tap Cancel subscription to jump to Apple Subscriptions.
Do my notes stay on my device?
Yes—your recent transcripts are stored on-device. Some features upload audio to our backend to generate transcription, but you control what you upload.
Can I transcribe a video?
Yes. Pick a video and Swelis will extract the audio, transcribe it, and keep the original video playable above the transcript.
